10 CASE STUDY Read the case study on trade in human body parts (pp 340-341). Write a few points down (both Pro and Con). Answer the question on p.341 (To what extent is trade in HBP a good example of globalization?)

11 CONFERENCE ON TRADE IN HUMAN BODY PARTS - PART 1 Get into groups of 5 (one grp of 6) Read and discuss the scenarios that will be provided to you. Take a side (pro or con) and come up with some points to support it based on your case study.

12 CONFERENCE ON TRADE IN HUMAN BODY PARTS – PART 2 Groups will be mixed up to form new groups with one person of each scenario. Each member will discuss the issue from their own perspective (i.e. in character).

13 REFLECTIVE JOURNAL Each student will write a reflective journal stating arguments for and against trade in human body parts. They will reflect on their own position on trade in hbp based on the discussion, and whether it has changed or not. The journal will be submitted to the teacher.
