2. A DAY IN LIFE AT APRED NDERA

3. I usually wake up around 05 hrs,I do little exercise brush my teeth and then go for a shower. After the shower, I get dressed and do my make up.

4. I take my breakfast at 07 hrs. I usually take tea with bread, fritters, cakes, chapatti, and a snack which I get from the canteen.

5. After breakfast, I get my books and go to my class for lessons. I usually have four lessons and then I go for a break.

6. During break that is around 10:50hrs, I take some drinks and then I go back for the next lessons.

7. I go for lunch at 12:30 hrs. The queue system is used in getting food. We have posho, beans, greens and a fruit.

8. After the meal, I get little rest and then go for afternoon lessons. These lessons are always two.

9. After knocking off at 15 hrs, I usually go for games as a basketball play maker and spend two hours.

10. After refreshing myself, I prepare for evening preps which starts at 18:30 hrs.

11. After preps, I go for supper and the same system is the one used for getting food.

12. After supper, I go back for second prep where I do my homework and the like.

13. During weekends, I usually relax and have some entertainment such as watching movies, music and browse in the internet.

14. I usually sleep around 23 hrs after taking some hot tea for warmth which attract sleep and then I call it a day.
