4. . What is the Wave Two Opportunity? The MiPCT has contracted with PatientPing (at project cost) to deliver ADTs to interested POs for MiPCT patients. Option (option not a requirement) for MiPCT POs and practices Provided at no cost to the PO or practice for MiPCT patients – the fee is paid by MiPCT administrative funds PO ADT Partners who participated in the Crimson ADT partnership were given the first opportunity to join PatientPing (a.k.a., “Wave One” Participants). Funding is still available for interested POs. First come (with signed agreements), first served.

5. . What Does PatientPing Offer? ADTs for all hospitals feeding ADTs to MiHIN Availability of post acute care transitions (SNFs, home health agencies) Opportunity for POs to define messaging (Point of Care Guidelines) that help the facility know who to contact re: the patient’s transition Training and support (through PatientPing/MiPCT partnership) on how to use the system and, if desired, on workflow
