1 ADMIN Reporting – for Patrick, Megan, Chris Hoffman Purpose: To work through how Administrators use Reporting screen and ability to access reporting functions. Proposed: Admin Reporting Screen – several screen shots for future screen, screen filled out, report processing. Administration Access to Running Reports– shows “users”, “term list management” screen and example reports. Future: Future functions – Ability to access lists / groups from Admin Reporting Screen. Future suggestions (speak to Patrick): 1) preview function to allow people to see reports esp. w/large reports 2) In-House conversations – allow for comments to be submitted to create a work flow to change reports. Produces a PDF of the report Include this report when: Editing 1 of the following records: Run without context Run Context Type x x Intake Name field will be name for file reports seen in Fluid screen shots. Users Description will eventually show up when user hovers over name. Checkbox and / or options. Can run reports from this screen. Report types and Administration tabs can be selected here. Catalog Media Handling Roles and Permissii Next screen displays when “Run” button is clicked. iReport file added here, eventually upload feature will be functional. 4 ADMIN Screen Access to Running Reports Purpose: To allow Administrators to access Report features from Admin screens. Proposed: User tab Roles and Permissions tab Term List tab Etc. Future: Assumption is that batch and exporting functions may not be needed for Admin screens, so to prioritize constant location, and to not confuse users with Admin Run button, the following slides were created.
