6. Children and ski lessons It must be stated that this should not be treated as a holiday. You will, as a family, have lots of free time to enjoy the opportunities but we must stress the importance of the children attending the ski lessons. The ski company have asked that parents leave their children in the lessons by themselves and attend lessons themselves if wanted. This is so the children can really benefit from the lessons and that they are not distracted by their parents company.

7. Responsibilities Although the school are providing you with this fantastic opportunity, we must stress the importance of you and your families understanding the required responsibilities. Children are the responsibility of their parents/carers throughout the trip. The school will merely be trip leaders and be a point of contact to allow the trip to run smoothly- providing you with any information about day-day activities and schedules. We will be there to answer any questions throughout the trip and to ensure everyone is enjoying this fantastic opportunity. When the students are in their lessons they will be cared for and looked after by the qualified Ski instructors.

8. Breakdown of responsibility Parents and Carers: -You will have full responsibility at all times for your child/children. -The only exception will be when the children are attending Ski lessons with the qualified instructors.

All bookings are to be completed using the online process through The Ski Company. They will send alerts and reminders about payment and update us on who has paid throughout.

10. Staff members Staff members with children at the school who wish to take part in the skiing trip, must seek permission from Mr. Wright before making a reservation for the trip.
