2 British Concessions  Recognized United States as independent country  Boundaries:  north-Great Lakes/Canada (British)  West-Mississippi River  South-31 degrees N Latitude  Louisiana Territory-Spanish  Florida, southern parts of Alabama, Mississippi,-  Spanish  British remove armies from US soil

3 American Concessions -Return confiscated property to Loyalists -No more persecution of Loyalists

4 Issues Unresolved  Great Britain still in forts  The French- do they get anything? Are they upset with Americans signing treaty?  Indian issues- still problems in the West  Loyalist abuses- should America protect them?
