2 Nothing is particularly hard, if you divide it into small jobs – Henry Ford They Must Visit Schools! It’s impossible to have a clue about college until kids actually see some campuses. If you are guiding a young person on recruiting, tell them you won’t have a conversation until they see 10 campuses.

3 They Must Understand Grades Give Options Is it your dream school if you can’t get in? The higher the grades the more options. Better grades give $ options. Two recruits are equal, edge goes to the serious student.

4 They Must Understand Their Talent Level Where they are now. What they need to work on. What level is likely right for them. Watch college practices or games. Maybe the best benefit of camps. Why all of this is hard for you to do… Show me a man who cannot bother to do the little things and I’ll show you a man who cannot be trusted to do big things. – Lawrence D. 5 They Must Think Like A Coach Helps to understand what coaches face so you can put yourself in the best positon as a recruit. Staff limits, number of recruits, size of country, budgets, calendar, our season, family, misinformation, other schools.
