9. o God reinforces his promise more personally (3:20) The promise: He will gather you to himself The reason he will redeem: “I will make you for a name and for praise among all the peoples of the earth.”

10. Takeaway Stand fearless before others and persevere in hope. For God’s sake, delight in the Lord who shows his sovereign care for his people by rescuing them from their enemies.
