34 TOM TORLAKSON State Superintendent of Public Instruction 34 Food Distribution Program 2011-12 Carryover Balances at USDA Foods Processors Sweep of carryover pounds complete as of December 31, 2012 Schools were left with total number of pounds used between July 1 and October 31, 2012 FDP verified pounds were moved to the Excess State Account using the Monthly Performance Reports FDP sent e-mail notifications to all recipient agencies/co-op lead districts when pounds in the Excess Account became available 34
