4 14i28 – QC Tables Review and clean-up of all table 10, 16 and 17. Two new tables were proposed to be added: Table 29 and Table 30. Table 29 added requirements for PVCO pipe according ASTM F1483 and AWWA C909. Table 30 added ASTM D2390 to meet these QC Requirements. Passed the JC June 2009 Passed the CPHC August 2009

5 14i29 – Dezincification and stress corrosion resistance Add dezincification and resistance to stress corrosion requirements in NSF/ANSI 14 with the addition of a new section, Section 5.8. Passed the JC October 2009 Passed the CPHC November 2009

6 14i30 – wall thickness This would have changed the testing frequencies for wall thicknesses. Voted on at the JC in January 2010 Adjudication ballot was in April 2010 Proposed change overturned during adjudication, issue defeated

7 14i31 - UL 1285 & AWWA tables 32 & 33 Add Tables 32 and 33 to add quality control requirements for UL 1285, UL 157, AWWA C900 and AWWA C905. Passed the JC in September 2009 Passed the CPHC in October 2009

8 14i32 – Table 10 footnote for large pipe sizes Add a footnote to Table 10 to perform the burst test on pipe sizes 24-63 once per week. Passed JC September 2009 Passed CPHC October 2009

9 14i33 – Table 11 removal of polysulfone burst test Changed the burst pressure test for the sulfone family of fittings for PEX tubing in Table 11 from weekly to annually. Passed the JC in October 2009 Passed the CPHC in November 2009

10 14i34 – Removal of the word “may” This removed the word “may” from sections 3.1, 3.57, 5.2.1, and 6.2 in Standard 14. Passed the JC in January 2010 Passed the CPHC in March 2010

11 14i35 – Removal of DWA burst test This removed the burst test requirement for DWA pipe and fittings from Tables 12 and 13. Coordination with ASTM standards Passed JC in March 2010 Passed CPHC in April 2010

12 Summary Issues 27, 28, 29, 31, 32, and 33 are in the current edition of NSF/ANSI 14-2009 Issues 34 and 35 will be published in the next edition of NSF/ANSI 14

13 Standard 24 Ballots Plumbing system components for Recreational Vehicles

14 24i7 – Colorfastness and Cigarette Test This would remove the colorfastness and cigarette burn tests as requirements from the standard with regards to plastic mechanical seal toilets. Passed the JC in February 2010 Passed the CPHC in March 2010 Will be published in the next edition of NSF/ANSI 24
