National Centre for Energy, Science and Nuclear Technology (CNESTEN) Public research institution created on 1986, under the Ministry of Energy, Mines, Water and Environment 300 employees
Missions :
R&D and training in nuclear science and technology
Promoting nuclear applications in social and economic sectors (Environment, Water, Agriculture, Industry, Health, Safety, Energy)
Technical support to the national authorities in the fields of radiation and nuclear safety and security, safeguards, emergency preparedness & response
