8. Shame: that sense of unease with yourself at the heart of your being.

11. “Sometimes I feel I’m living a meaningless life, and I get frightened. I have no answers to anything. None. Actors live dependent on being validated by other people’s opinions, I don’t understand what it is I do that people want. Most actors on most days don’t think they’re worthy.
