4 Activities Students develop time lines of various events that took place during the Civil. Students create a museum exhibit about life during the Civil War. Watch the movie, “Gettysburg.”

5 Activities Students learn about battles, write diaries using slang, and create biographies of women. Discuss the causes of the war, and discuss the two leaders of the North and South.
