1. A father brings a baby home from hospital for the first time and is alone in the house with the baby because his wife died in hospital. A teenager wakes up the morning after the night before. They are clearly badly hung over and in pain. A text message arrives saying. ‘You will pay for last night.’ A mother and daughter are sitting at the bedside of the father, who is on life support. A nurse comes in and tells them to say their final goodbyes as the machine will be turned off. A man and woman are at the top of the stairs arguing. The man is becoming increasingly irate and pushes the woman who loses her footing and falls down the stairs. A young couple have decided to split up because the girl is going to uni and they think it won’t work. She goes to catch the train but he realises it’s a mistake and runs after her to try to stop her. Two girls fancy the same boy at a party. He is new to the town and they are both trying to catch his attention. They both move in on him at the same time and they end up brawling. A girl of 13 finds out she is pregnant. This happened when she was drunk and she has no idea who the father is. She has to tell her parents. A homeless man is sleeping rough in an abandoned warehouse. Some youths set fire to the building in the middle of the night and he has to try and escape. A teenage boy has decided he is gay and he confides in one of his ‘friends’. The ‘friend’ then spreads the word and the whole school gangs up on him.
