4 Describe what you know about the differences between what we call Qualitative Observations (using our senses) and Quantitative Observations (recording numbers) used to carry out science. Describe and give an example of a situation where each type would apply. Thursday Do Now:

5 Look over your written observations from the Wood-lot yesterday. Choose one of the observations to expand; describe a possible experiment you could design to explore that observation further; or write about the observation in terms of what makes you curious about it, and where in your life have you observed something similar?
