4. OBJECTIVES OF PLENARY SESSION 1 TO IDENTIFY SUBSTANTIVE ISSUES IN THE NINE AREAS TO PROVIDE BACKGROUND INFO FOR THE PARTICPANTS THAT WILL ASSIST IN THEIR DELIBERATION DURING THE LABS.

6. OBJECTIVES OF LAB SESSIONS TO FOCUS ON EACH ASSIGNED AREA UNDER REVIEW TO SHARE INFORMATION ON SUBSTANTIVE AREAS OF ACTION TO IDENTIFY REQUIRED ACTIONS IN THE NEXT 5 YEARS INCLUDING NEW EMERGING ISSUES
