1 SOME FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS ARE UNHEALTHY Khaolah 8D

2 CON Have you ever gone to a fast food place and ordered a sandwich? Have you notice you look at the patty of meat and it does not look right or taste right??? I have. Most of the food at the restaurants are deep fried, and are usually very greasy. Sometimes, when they have extra food left over, they save it for the next day, heat it up, then serve it to the next customer that orders it.

3 PRO Not all fast-food restaurants reserve un eaten food, though. Some serve fresh food. There are many restaurants with healthy choices, like a salad, or slices apples. Although some choices are unhealthy, there are many to pick other than the unhealthy foods. You can always cut down the calories or the fast food, by counting the calories, or choose the right ingredients. There are ingredients with less calories, like the patties, cheese, or anything else.

4 CON Some employers that cook the food might not wash their hands, or might cook the food, and put something wrong in the food. Many people have seen bugs in their food. Some of the employers leave some of the food raw, or dirty. They might not do the WORST job preparing your food, but most of the time, they don’t do their best. Many restaurants don’t clean the machines used to make the fast food you eat. They cook all of the food in one machine. Watch out before you eat any fast foods.

5 PRO Not all fast-food restaurants prepare they're food raw, or dirty. Many employees try their best in they're job, and try hard. Its also easier for the customers that work long term, and don’t have food, to grab a quick lunch from a fast-food restaurant. If a customer wants a healthy choice, that person can look for healthier, low calorie ingredients. It could save a lot of time, and time; especially for busier people.

6 CON Fast food restaurants are popular because they serve tasty foods for a low price. Many people visit these restaurants daily to eat their main meals. They don't realize that these type of food items are bad for your health. Sodium plays an important role in our body. We need to consume certain amount of sodium everyday. However, taking too much salt can be bad for your body. It can cause high blood pressure, obesity, and osteoporosis. Experts also believed that having too much salt will increase risk of developing bowl cancer. An average adult needs to consume about 1200 mg of sodium per day. Most of the fast foods contain far more than that amount. Just remember, Eating too much fast food is bad for your health because they contain more calories, more unhealthy Fay, and more salt. They can lead to obesity, high blood pressure, and heart diseases 76 million people get sick from eating fast food every year.
