2 GENERAL RULES -attire STARTS and FINISHES -Forward start -Body and head submerged for up to 15 metres, afterwards your head should break the surface of the water -Any part of the body should touch the wall to indicate end of swim DISQUALIFICATIONS -Touching the floor of the pool -Pull the lane ropes -Refraining from touching the wall during a turn RULES, REGULATIONS AND TERMINOLOGY (Assuming the context of a competition)
