2 THCCG Primary Care programme- two workstreams: Workstream 1: RESILIENCE- Immediate, fast, practical help to be offered to practices that would like operational support, initial pilot collaborative, fast follower delivery Workstream 2: REDESIGN- Over the next two years more suitable long term solutions for primary care will be co-designed with general practices alongside the Vanguard programme, with the aim of future-proofing primary care services in Tower Hamlets

13 About this CCG primary care reference group Not a decision making body Perspective needs to be wider than a clinical reference group Members are not representatives but there to share their own personal expertise and perspectives as part of a well rounded oversight function Where people are geographically located in Tower Hamlets aim for best possible spread 13

15 Primary Care workstream 2: REDESIGN We will not jump to solutions but spend time diagnosing and understanding the issues We are aiming to co-produce proposals and consult widely, the reference group being an important element of this There will be lots of other ways to be involved- we will be feeding back through the usual channels and see our webpage.
