3. PLANNED ACTIONS: 1. works to bring water up to the terminal, and priming works to bring optical fibre (investment - works) 2. Lay down optical fibre from factory area Bassette up to the Cruise Terminal of Porto Corsini (core) passing through ferry terminal (investment - works) NEW 3. global planning of the passenger terminal area (structures, ground logistic, services, etc.), from preliminary phases up to executive project. The project will be given to the PA as the first necessary step for the future concrete investment (external experise)

4. WORK PLAN Action 1: January 14 – April 15 Budget 100.000 + co-fin. Ravenna PA Payment: 10% by 31/10/2014 90% by 31/04/2015

6. WORK PLAN Action 2: February 15 – October 15 Budget 150.000 PRA+ co-fin. Ravenna PA; Municipality Ra; CCIAA Ra; Lepida spa – total investment 305.000,00 Payment: 10% by June 90% by 31/10/2015 -Operative agreement to be signed by end March -Start of works June -End of works October
