7. Homework – pg Explain how you would set up a simulation for the following, and then run the simulation. Use at least 20 trials. 1. Let’s assume that the football team scores a touchdown on 25% of all possessions and they kick a field goal on 20% of all possessions. What’s the probability that if you gain possession of the ball 4 times, that you make a touchdown and a field goal? 2. You are about to take the road test for your driver’s license. You hear that only 34% of candidates pass the test the first time. Estimate whether you would have to retest in order to get your license.
