1. Organising National Seminars Administrative and financial information Strengthening Social Dialogue in the Construction Industry Training-of-trainers Seminar 6-10 February 2006, Florence

2. In Florence Board and lodging during your stay in Florence will be settled by the ILO You will receive a daily amount of 25 Euro for all incidental expenses such as: -local transportation during the week -communications, phone calls, faxes etc. -all other sundries

3. In Florence Tranportation from Pisa airport and Florence to this training centre is organized and paid the ILO. Please leave your air and train tickets with us for reconfirmation

4. For National Seminars When you will be organising your national seminar you should know that some expenditures can be reimbursed and some other not. Also, in the case of reimbursable items, please note that a limited amout of resources is available, so only the most economic solutions can be refunded. But… let’s see that more in detail….

5. For National Seminars Eligible (see conditions) -Travel costs -Board and lodging (DSA) -Meeting room -Computer equipment -Translation of documents Not Eligible -Local transportation -Hire of personnel -Purchase of goods -Lunches and dinners outside approved DSA -All expenses not listed under Eligible

6. For National Seminars Travel costs (for participants/resource persons not living in the city of the venue of seminar) All journeys must be carried out by the most direct and economic route. Airticket only for journeys over 400 KM cheapest applicable fare in ecomomy class. Travel by car: reimbursement on the basis of the first-class rail fare. Travel by train: use of 2nd class tickets is encouraged.

7. For National Seminars Daily subsistence allowances (DSA) are paid as a flat-rate amount and are considered to cover: -breakfast -two main meals -local travel -cost of telecommunications ( incl fax/ internet) -all other sundries.

9. For National Seminars Budget: A breakdown of expenditures you have forseen for the national seminar has to be cleared by the ILO Changes: If you have to incurr into expenditures you have not previously included in the budget please contact us before such expenditure is done.
