New student jobs The Department of the Navy has a paid summer internship program that provides an opportunity to work at The Naval Surface Warfare Center which is the Navy's top research center in naval systems development. Two of the areas that we looking for interns are in the area of Information Management and Library Science. We are recruiting individuals who might be interested in helping us to incorporate new technology and improving our capabilities in these areas. We have had many interns participate in this program from other disciplines and would like to expand the program into these two areas. The link below is the website detailing the program and the requirements to qualify. Please share this with all of your students even if they are not in the Information Science or Library Science course of studies. This is an excellent opportunity that the Navy provides.
