2. WHAT IS NATURAL ZEOLITE n NATURAL ZEOLITES – Group of minerals (more than 40) of volcanogenic- sedimentary origin, aluminum-silicate frames of alkaline and alkaline soil metals. The main feature of zeolite structure is its porous inner structure. This structure distinguishes unique adsorption, cationchange and catalitizing properties of these minerals. Zeolites are able to сорбировать катионы and molecules of different materials in terms of катион and molecule size not to increase the diameter of entry channels. Molecular sieve effect of zeolites relies exactly on that. Absorption ability – determines a wide range of implementation fields of this not expensive material, including agricultural production.

3. Natural zeolites can be implemented more effectively also in planting: n Significant effect is obtained in increasing the harvest and improving its consumer qualities; n Provides necessary moisture for the open ground in dry climate regions, it is more effective to implement it in salty soil; n Contributes to long fertilizing in agro-territories. n Increases the effectiveness of fertilizing; n It is effectively used in hothouse farming and ГИДРОПОНИКЕ; n Promotes crop and vegetable safety for a long shelf life; n Can be used in drying or conditioning of grain crop; n It is effectively used in production and storage fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides; n Contributes to obtaining ecologically pure agricultural product Fields of Implementation of Fertilizer “Zeogum”

4. THE FERTILIZER IS OBTAINED FROM n New modified granulated complex fertilizer is made on the basis of chemical-thermal modification of natural zeolites n Raw material for complex fertilizer is natural zeolite-clinoptilolite (65- 85%) n During the zeolite granulation natural organic supplement is used (10-15%)

5. Raw material resources of Armenia for organization of production of complex fertilizer “Zeogum” n There are a number of zeolite deposits in Armenia: Noyemberyan, Shirak, Alaverdi, Garni, Vaik (Martiros) and their resources are estimated 1.5 billion tons. n The largest explored and exploited deposit in Armenia is located in Noyemberyan region, near the village Nor Koghb, where according to the data of State Comission of RA the resources are estimated 25 million tons

6. Implementation of fertilizer “ZEOGUM” The new fertilizer is experimented on the instructions of Ministry of Agriculture of RA in the farms of Kotayk and Armavir regions and the results are rather high in terms of productivity and quality (experiment protocols are attached). The fertilizer can be used also in flower culture and in other fields of agriculture.

7. Experiment Results of Complex Fertilizer “ZEOGUM” Complex fertilizer “Zeogum” was tested in an experimental land on the growth of tomatoes in Armavir region. The experience showed that it strengthened the enhancement of “power” of their root system, harvest rose, the crops ripped 5- 6 days earlier.
