Mass Prophylaxis: Evaluate the ability of EDS staff to set-up, operate and demobilize an EDS during a biological terrorism incident in accordance with their EDS Plan.

7 7 Exercise Design Objectives Communications: Demonstrate the ability of EDS staff and response personnel to activate and maintain communications during a biological terrorism incident in accordance with the EDS Plan and NIMS. Medical Supply Management and Distribution: Assess the ability of EDS staff to obtain, secure and manage medical supplies and materiel at the EDS in accordance with the EDS Plan. Emergency Public Information and Warning: Assess the ability of [Your Agency] to develop, coordinate and disseminate public information during a biological terrorism incident in accordance with the EDS Plan.
