3 The Role of A Lawyer Some of you are arguing a perspective you don’t believe in. Is a lawyer’s job to lie, or just to ensure a fair trial?!

4 When Listening 1 G: Rating: 0= Not at all reliable 1= Barely reliable 2= Mostly reliable 3= Very reliable WHY? Alternate explanation of the evidence? Amount of evidence is slim/copious? Some evidence is contradictory?

13 Explain Tear out a page from your notebook and put your name on the top. Write a 4-5 sentence paragraph explaining why your hypothesis either stayed the same or changed because of the trial. Staple this onto your evidence sheets- DUE TOMORROW!
