4. 7. “The initial review of the submitted project documentation shows that the project shows a relatively high level of maturity. The documentation is well elaborated, of a good quality and largely in line with the Commission’s guidelines for documentation for ERDF funding. It presents a good business case for the project. The project seems to comply will both EU and national objectives and strategies for Research and Development.
