8 For systems that do not store nutrients the closure plan application looks like the annual application plan Apply remaining nutrient at agronomic rates

19 For systems that store substantial quantities of nutrients (i.e. anaerobic lagoons) the final application closure plan can be very difficult. Apply remaining nutrient at agronomic rates
