2. What is dialogue? Dialogue is a conversation (talking) between two or more characters in a piece of writing.

4. How do we show dialogue? We show dialogue by using quotation marks around what the character says. Example: The gingerbread boy yelled, “ Run, run, as fast as you can, you can’t catch me, I’m the gingerbread man! ”
