Where have we spent PP funding? Improve literacy/reading (AR) + intervention (FS) Improve teaching and learning (ETP) Access to LOTC/enrichment (OE) Intervention with the ‘most vulnerable’ (PLC/Careers) Creating a ‘global mindset’ (Mindset)

New Strategy for 2014-15 (John Dunford) SLT conference in February 2015 (PP report) Identified barriers to learning for ‘disadvantaged’ Created a list of ‘desired outcomes’ Developed new strategies which are due to be evaluated and audited at the end of the academic year.

PP report Thorough data analysis; exam results, attendance, behaviour, destinations, deprivation (post codes), parental engagement etc. Unique cohort – high ability on entry but high deprivation
