Laundry MachinesAppliances 3 BedroomsClose to shopping 2 BathroomsOpen Concept Utilities includedUnder $1800 Parking spaceDen Our ‘must-haves’ for a place to live

Option #1 Description Maple Ridge (Cottonwood - 10 minutes to downtown) Available: Nov 1 3 bedroom basement suite, 1100 sq ft., located on a quiet cul-de-sac, Private entrance, yard access, covered patio, parking, Private laundry room with brand new washer/dryer - kitchen has large fridge, full size stove, microwave - Suite is very clean and well kept with wall to wall carpet, no smoking, no pets, $1100 + utilities (gas & hydro), close to bus stop. www.renthellow.com

Why we didn’t choose this one We didn’t choose this basement suite because it didn’t have the space we needed and the utilities weren’t included. We would’ve been more inclined to choose it if it had 2 bathrooms and was closer to shopping. We also need more space in the living place. Since there are three people living in it, we need space for entertaining for all of us. It also didn’t have the open concept, which would’ve been helpful in making the place appear bigger.

Option #2 961 Cedar Street, Campbell River www.renthello.com Description Spacious bachelor, 1, 2 & 3 bedroom suites. This property offers spacious balconies overlooking downtown. Beautiful views of Quadra Island and the Ocean. Heat, private parking, on-site laundry and storage units are included. Just steps away from downtown and easy access to the transit system.

Why we didn’t choose this one We really enjoyed the apartment and how it is big and has three bedrooms. We didn’t like that it was in Campbell river because it is so far from everything in the lower mainland. It isn’t an open concept and doesn’t give us the same illusion of more space. The utilities are included, which was nice, but the rest of the apartment wasn’t quite what we are looking for. It didn’t have a parking space included with the place, which is pretty annoying, but if we were forced to use it, it would be okay.

Option #3 46330 Mullins Road, Chilliwack Description 3 bedroom home for rent in Chilliwack at 13 46330 Mullins Road. Beautiful location on Promontory Hill. Family oriented setting, close to schools and parks. Only 10 minutes direct route to Hwy One. 13 46330 Mullins Road BC V2R 5N3. 1750 sq feet 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms Fully fenced back yard One car garage/parking for 2 vehicles Washer/Dryer/Fridge/Stove Water/garbage collection/property taxes included Cable/Internet/Phone/Hydro/Gas responsibility of tenant www.renthello.com

Why we chose this house We like this house because it would absolutely give us the space we need to have three people and also to entertain from time to time. It has everything we want except for included utilities, but that isn’t a big deal It has the big open concept design that we like. The included parking space and garage would make it easy for us to have cars and keep them safe. If we were to ever have pets, it would be good because there is a big fenced backyard.
