THE REBIRTH OF A NATION

MAYMAY 1 4 TH 1948

I. Israel's removal

A. The prophecy of their scattering

(Deu 28:64-66) And the LORD shall scatter thee among all people, from the one end of the earth even unto the other; and there thou shalt serve other gods, which neither thou nor thy fathers have known, even wood and stone. And among these nations shalt thou find no ease, neither shall the sole of thy foot have rest: but the LORD shall give thee there a trembling heart, and failing of eyes, and sorrow of mind: And thy life shall hang in doubt before thee; and thou shalt fear day and night, and shalt have none assurance of thy life:

(Jer 24:9) And I will deliver them to be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth for their hurt, to be a reproach and a proverb, a taunt and a curse, in all places whither I shall drive them. (Hos 9:17) My God will cast them away, because they did not hearken unto him: and they shall be wanderers among the nations.

B. The prophecy of their extinction

II. Israel's return

A. The prophecy of their return

(Dan 9:26) And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined. (Dan 9:27) And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

(Eze 37:21) And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the heathen, whither they be gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own land: (Eze 37:22) And I will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all: and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all:

B. The Math of their return

BIBLEBIBLE  The 1 st thing we need to understand in order to figure the math of their return is to know the date of their removal.  We know that in 606 BC The king of Babylon came in and removed Israel from there home land just like God told them it would be.  This removal was to be for a period of 70 years…

(Jer 25:11) And this whole land shall be a desolation, and an astonishment; and these nations shall serve the king of Babylon seventy years. (Jer 25:12) And it shall come to pass, when seventy years are accomplished, that I will punish the king of Babylon, and that nation, saith the LORD, for their iniquity, and the land of the Chaldeans, and will make it perpetual desolations.

Who is there among you of all his people? his God be with him, and let him go up to Jerusalem (Ezr 1:1-3) Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah might be fulfilled, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and put it also in writing, saying, Thus saith Cyrus king of Persia, The LORD God of heaven hath given me all the kingdoms of the earth; and he hath charged me to build him an house at Jerusalem, which is in Judah. Who is there among you of all his people? his God be with him, and let him go up to Jerusalem, which is in Judah, and build the house of the LORD God of Israel, (he is the God,) which is in Jerusalem.

For upon the first day of the first month began he to go up from Babylon (Ezr 7:9) For upon the first day of the first month began he to go up from Babylon, and on the first day of the fifth month came he to Jerusalem, according to the good hand of his God upon him.

BIBLEBIBLE  So what we know is at this point the nation of Israel has spent 70 years in captivity from 606 BC to 536 BC  Not only do we know the year put we know the day. (The 1 st day of the 1 st month or Nisan the 1 st )  But we must factor in all of the prophecy that God gave during the time of captivity.

This shall be a sign to the house of Israel. Lie thou also upon thy left side, and lay the iniquity of the house of Israel three hundred and ninety days forty days day for a year (Eze 4:3-6) Moreover take thou unto thee an iron pan, and set it for a wall of iron between thee and the city: and set thy face against it, and it shall be besieged, and thou shalt lay siege against it. This shall be a sign to the house of Israel. Lie thou also upon thy left side, and lay the iniquity of the house of Israel upon it: according to the number of the days that thou shalt lie upon it thou shalt bear their iniquity. For I have laid upon thee the years of their iniquity, according to the number of the days, three hundred and ninety days: so shalt thou bear the iniquity of the house of Israel. And when thou hast accomplished them, lie again on thy right side, and thou shalt bear the iniquity of the house of Judah forty days: I have appointed thee each day for a year..

Days for Israel 390 years Days for Judah 40 years Total number of days (years) 430 years Time severed 70 years Total left to serve as punishment 360 years

Nisan the 1 st 536 BC Plus 360 years brings you to 176 BC Do you know what happen to Israel in 176 BC?

BIBLEBIBLE  Once again in order to understand the Math, you must factor in all of God’s Prophecy…  Lev. 26:18  Lev 26:21  Lev 26:23-24  Lev 26:27-28

360 years X 7 = 2520 Biblical years 536 BC + 2520 Biblical years = 1947

360 years X 7 = 2520 Biblical years 536 BC + 2520 Biblical years = 1947 Factor in there is no year zero and you get 1948

2520 Biblical years X 360 days = 907,200 In order to translate the amount of days to our calendar you would take the 907,200 days and divide it by 365.25 which would give you 2483.8 days Therefore if you count the 907,200 days from Nisan the 1 st 536 BC, you come up with …

MAYMAY 1 4 TH 1948

III. Israel's reigning king

A. More Math to figure in

This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled (Mat 24:32-34) Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh: So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors. Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.

Fig tree blossomed 1948 Biblical generations: 42 years 1990 70 2018 100 years 2048

Fig tree blossomed 1948 Biblical generations: 42 years 1990 70 2018 100 years 2048 Rapture factor of 7 years: 42 years 1983 70 years 2011 100 years 2041
