2 A) No Unreasonable Search and Seizure Which Amendment? 4th Explanation: This best fits the 4 th Amendment because the arrestee is being searched. An officer must have probable cause or a search warrant to search your person or your property. Evidence obtained as a result of an unlawful search and seizure cannot be used against you in a court of law.

3 B) No Excessive Bail Which Amendment?8th Explanation: This image represents the 8 th Amendment. The amount of bail required must bear a reasonable relationship to the seriousness of the crime. The prohibition of cruel and unusual punishment forbids any punishment judged to be to harsh for the crime.
