Background There is no one common definition of role of the OG in different documents Different stakeholders have different expectations regarding the role of OG: PBSO, UN PA, OG members themselves, JSC Passive participation of all nominated OG members Focus group survey: what you need to know, what to look for, how to do it Expert responsibility: level of involvement into local issues, responsibility for consultations and recommendations during meetings, responsibility for outcome and recommendations based on site visits

OG Aim and focus OG is a part of monitoring and evaluation system of priority plan OG aim: tracking progress of reaching PPP goals with a focus on how project scope and activities affect the change in a problem situation described in the needs assessment (2013) towards PPP goals Проблемы Источник:

Questions discussed during the seminar Working format: participation in monthly Outcome groups reviews, site visits and individual visits of OG members of project activities. Instructions for conducting site visits: preparatory activities, primary and secondary sources of information, target audience, checklists. Code of ethics: involvement into local issues, «prohibiting» signs Reporting: 1 time in 3 months OG will provide a written report on quarterly results. The report will include a general findings, conclusions and recommendations made on the basis of the work of all OG members during that period of time. The report template was also developed during the training.
