3.  Here at IPF we provide a consultancy and apprenticeship guidance for jobseekers to improve and develop their work skills.  We work alongside Posttigo to achieve the best guidance and results.  Posttigo is also an online service for lawyers worldwide to provide a free online consultation regarding legal matters.  Posttigo helps to improve lawyer, IT and commercial skills and provide career guidance using a workshop and online service. 5.  The participants selected for this internship are job- seekers with previously acquired vocational training in the field of law, IT and marketing, which have out- dated qualifications, students endangered with early school leaving and unskilled students.  This has proven to be a success with our local jobseekers, giving them an extra tool to prevent early school drop-outs. 15. When students have completed their professional practices, Posttigo prepares them to work in this field. Posttigo also helps the participants by guiding them on how to capture clients and work with them at a high level.
