7. Service and Flow Domain APIs
MEF Service Request is received by Service Orchestrator from BSS/App client.
Service is decomposed into Flow Domain Fragments by Service Orchestrator.
Service Orchestrator invokes one or more Domain Controllers for ETH_FDFr activations to meet service request.

8. Service and Network Resource Activation
The LSO Orchestrator is responsible for decomposing the service and calculating a corresponding Flow Domain Fragment Chain or Forwarding Graph.
The calculate Flow Domain Fragment Chain is the graph information used to send the corresponding MEF SCA (NRP) activation requests to meet the MEF service activation request.
The LSO Orchestrator is responsible for determining the Domain Controller responsible for each Ethernet Flow Domain Fragment (SCA_ETH_FDFr_EC) required to be activated.
