CHEP 2007 IAC November 28 2006 6 Parallel track coordinators Plan to have 2 (int) +1 (local) coordinator for each of the 8 tracks –Online computing –Event processing –Software components, tools and databases –Grid middleware and tools –Computing facilities, production grids and networks –Distributed data analysis and information management –Collaborative initiatives with other sciences –Collaborative tools We will need some suggestions. The PAC will be formed in the early new year.

CHEP 2007 IAC November 28 2006 8 Poster session Current space allows for 65 posters to be displayed at any one time –We could make room for more Plan is for 3 poster sessions ( Expect 200-250 posters) –Session I:Monday noon - Tuesday noon –Session II:Wednesday –Session III: Thursday There was a suggestion to provide stand and power for poster –This may be challenging and with a non-zero cost Student talks and posters –Separate parallel session or poster session? (does Indico have option to flag student submissions?)
