4 Decision 13, XVI LAC Forum of Ministers (Santo Domingo, 2008): “(...) promote the strengthening of the UNEP Regional Forums for Civil Society, encouraging the availability of the necessary resources for their implementation.” Regional Consultative Meeting have been hosted by Venezuela, Colombia, México, Argentina, Chile, Trinidad y Tobago, y Panamá, in some cases with the economic support of the government.
