2. Type in SAADCRV in the Go To… box. Hit Enter.

3. Admissions Decision form 1. Type in ID number or perform person search. 2. Select Term. 3. Click Next Block.

4. Admissions Decision form Click to Prior College and Degree Review tab.

5. Admissions Decision form 1. Check to see if appropriate transcripts have been received. 2. Click to Test Score Review tab.

6. Admissions Decision form 1. Check to see if appropriate test scores have been received. 2. Click to Decision Processing tab.

7. Admissions Decision form 1. Move cursor to the first available field under Decision Code. 2. Click Decision Code drop down arrow.

8. Admission Application Decision Code Validation 1. Highlight appropriate Decision Code. 2. Click OK.

9. Admissions Decision form Decision code and description populated. 1. Hit Save. 2. Exit form.

10. Decision Change 1. Move cursor to the next available field. 2. Repeat same steps explained earlier. To change Decision Code: 4. Exit form. 3. Hit Save.

12. Type in SAADCRV in the Go To… box. Hit Enter.

13. Admissions Decision form 1. Type in ID number or perform person search. 2. Click Next Block.

14. Admissions Decision form 1. Review: Entry Term Admission Type Student Type Status Residency Decision 2. Click to Prior College and Degree Review tab.

15. Admissions Decision form 1. Review: If transcripts have been received If Official Transcript box is checked 2. Click to Test Score Review tab.

16. Admissions Decision form 1. Review if appropriate test scores have been received. 2. Exit form.
