Surplus collects, processes and redistributes unneeded property generated by the university. Surplus disposes of and holds auctions when property is no longer useful to the university.  We maintain an effective and fair system of surplus property control by complying with university, state and federal regulations. Pick-ups and deliveries are free of charge. When we make pick-ups from departments, we offer the chance to make a copy of the form for your records. Very important, make a copy!
