2 Welcome to St. Peter! Easter continues in our worship. Today we hear the only real basis for true love is Jesus. Apart from him, we really have no love. May our worship bring peace for your guilt and motivation for your life.

6 Prayer before Worship Your life is a marvelous act of love in coming to redeem us from sin and death. May our worship reflect our gratitude and determination to show love to one another. Amen

8 OUR COMMUNION PRACTICE In the Sacrament of Holy Communion, we express unity with our Savior and those who share our faith and stand on the teachings of God’s Word. Therefore, we invite to our altar those who are members of St. Peter or members of the WELS/ELS. Visitors who wish to commune are asked to speak to a pastor before the service begins.

9 Annual Meeting April 28 nd 6:00 p.m. in the lower level of the Ministry Center

10 Celebration Concert at Redeemer, Weston Sunday, April 28 at 3:00 PM The concert featuring traditional and contemporary choirs, instruments is part of their 50th anniversary as a congregation which officially is in 2014. A potluck buffet supper follows.

11 Financial Peace University We started another 9 week Financial Peace University class last Monday at 6:00 pm at Key to Life. It’s not too late to come. Contact the church office.

12 Serving at Key to Life Key to Life Christian Childcare Center is currently looking for teachers with an associate degree in early childhood or higher. Positions are: 1.Long-term substitute preschool teacher through the end of May (part time) 2.Toddler 1 and 2 teachers (permanent, full time). 14 Annual Rummage Sale Where: Key to Life When: May 3 & 4. If you have any gently used items that you would like to donate to the sale, please speak to Julie Westphal at 715-359-5451 or bring them to K2L between Monday April 29 and Thursday, May 2. All proceeds will be used for additional playground equipment at our childcare center and various needs not in the operating budget.
