3 Holiday Traditions  Put a tall, thick candle on the largest window on Christmas Eve.  Men and women dress up they go to house to house carrying a long pole.  Children leave a sock on the tree for Santa to put presents in on Christmas Eve.  The ring of Holly started in Ireland when Holly was one of the main plants.

5 Food  Turkey, spiced beef, Christmas pudding, ham, mashed potatoes and gravy,pies, green beans, delicious cake, veggie soup, fruit cups, French fries, cookies, carrots, steak, buttery bread, shrimps, broccoli, delicious drinks, beans.

9 Fun Facts  Desserts are usually a fruit cake covered in icing mince pies or apple tart.  If Christmas pudding is served, it is customary to set it on fire.

11 Gift Facts  Some Ireland gifts can be flowers and chocolate and cheese.
