8 ACCESS TO IEP DOCUMENTATION As Required by 34 CFR §300.342(b)(2)(3) The following school personnel have access to the IEP and have been informed of their responsibility in implementing the IEP, and of the specific accommodations, modifications, and supports that must be provided for (student's name) for the school year.
