13 Be-Fit We specialize in developing customized sport specific training programs. Programs are created based on team and individual needs to help ensure proper development through athletic career. Programs are created from: Age Injuries or limitations Current fitness levels and abilities Nature of sport Level of training knowledge

14 Be-Fit Goals for OMGHA 2015-16 Provide a comprehensive warm-up guide and skills work for all coaches to fully understand and execute on a daily basis. Prepare all the necessary materials for coaches to increase the level of accuracy when teaching specific skills in the warm-up guide. The greater degree of understanding will help advance the skills that are added throughout the season. Educate parents with additional information through blogging on helping youth athletes: Have higher rates of recovery after athletic events through proper restoration work. Help parents understand appropriate nutrition related to sport demands to help athletes work at higher levels of intensity. Provide information that we feel is needed based off of progress we are seeing with specific athletes.
