Students will select “YCJUSD” from the drop down, enter their 10 digit ID in the first box, and the Session ID in the second box. If there are any errors, most likely they have incorrectly typed their information or did not select YCJUSD from the drop down menu.

Students will select “Begin Test” and then use the buttons at the top to navigate through the test. They will select “Finish” when they have completed the test.

They have an opportunity to review and change their answers before they submit their test.

Find your test in the list and select the black icon on the right. If the icon is green, it means that it is already configured to push to your gradebook.

Choose if you want the raw score or the percent correct to be put into your gradebook. The raw score is simply the number the student got correct. The percent correct will divide the number correct by the points possible and give a percentage score in the gradebook.

Select the “Gradebook” and the “Assignment” that each period in EADMS online should push to. When you are finished, select “Push to Gradebook” at the bottom of the page. As students continue to finish their tests online, EADMS will continue to push scores into AERIES for you without you having to return to this page.
