3. 3 RESOLUTION TAKEN AT MEETING  AVAILABILITY: SANRAL and NDOT will place existing TRH and TMH on their respective websites for the industry use and downloading  REVISION AND UPGRADING: Will take place according to a list of priority needs that was completed by NDOT with assistance of RMC  RMC to manage process and to obtain sponsors for the upgrading of documents

4. 4 RESOLUTION TAKEN AT MEETING (Cont.)  COTO is the custodian of all TRH and TMH documents.  NDOT will obtain ratification for revised TRH and TMH documents in future.  Confirmed need for upgrading/revision of COLTO Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridge Works for State Road Authorities (1998 edition)
