9 www.i95coalition.org I-95 Corridor Coalition Success Factors l Coalition institution/annual program funding allows opportunity to leverage program resources and provide forum for best practice sharing l Support mutual state/MPO issue analysis/planning ui.e. rail/highway bottleneck analysis, regional rail studies, border crossing study, container security study l Serve as a neutral forum and honest broker ÜBring together diverse stakeholders uRR’s, (multiple) state DOT’s, MPO’s, Ports, shippers l Provide input into policy discussions by analyzing issues with respect to multi-state impacts/perspectives.
