1 How many harts do earthworms have
An earthworm does not have any heart at all. But they do have an organ that acts similar to a heart and is usually called a heart just for simplicity's sake, although it is also called an aortic arch. Earthworms have five of these arches. In between each arch is a gland that helps the worm digest calcium, which it gets from eating a lot of dirt.

The soil passes right through and exits the Anus. The decaying matter is what earthworms actually need for nutrients and energy for their body. Some earthworms eat ants.

How big can earthworms get? Earthworms grow up to 15cm which is real small for us and some can grow up to 30 metres then which is real big for us.

4 Where earthworms live Earthworms live in the soil and the grass and you might even find them at the top of a mountain. But when you have a pet earthworm you need to keep them in a glass of soil and sand because they like it and you can see their paths.

Earthworms look like Earthworms are pink and purplish also very slimy. The big chunky bit in the middle is the tummy. Earthworms don`t have eyes because it is already dark in the soil. They have tiny mouths because they only catch small predictors.
