2. Challenge Be willing to challenge your self. How to challenge your self at Collegiate- 1)Do your work on time. 2)Work ahead. 3)Be willing to be challenged.

3. Grow Everyone has room to grow. Don’t go into a college environment thinking you know it all. How to grow at Collegiate- 1)Be willing to grow. 2) Be open to new ideas. 3) Stretch yourself. 4) Be able to take criticism.

4. Organization Know how to be organized and stay that way. How to be organized at Collegiate- 1)Have a calendar with all major projects, tests, and dates. 2)Have separate folders for different classes. 3)Organize your time. Example-Social life, TV, activities.

5. Prioritize Stay on task do not slack, because if you do you’ll get used to it. How to prioritize at Collegiate. 1)Always put first things first. 2)Plan dates on which to do certain work/projects 3)Save fun for later.

6. 3P’s Pride Purpose Persevere How this applies to Collegiate- 1) Have pride in your work. 2) Persevere through the hard and overwhelming times. 3)Remember that there is a purpose for being here.

7. Network Be friendly, this is a part of growth. How do you network at Collegiate- 1)It is important to be nice. 2) Try not to burn bridges. 3)Gather a group of people who all have different ideals and interests.

8. Time Management Be on time every day. Everything you miss will be important. How to use time management Collegiate- 1)Always use your time wisely. 2)Never wait until the last minute to do something. 3)Always plan ahead if you have a long project.

9. Be Independent Don’t depend on others to do everything for you. How to be independent at Collegiate- 1) Think for yourself at all times. 2) Don’t say someone else is the reason you didn’t get something done. 3)Always take responsibility.

10. Focus Do what’s right. Remember your purpose of attending a college. How to have focus at Collegiate- 1)Have a break from Facebook and the internet. And focus on your work rather than procrastinate. 2)Keep away from distractions. Keep your mind on what’s more important.

11. Attitude If you go in with a positive attitude, you will receive positive results. How to have the right attitude at Collegiate- 1)Be calm at all times. 2)Always have a ready to work attitude. 3)Never have an ‘I don’t like this’ attitude.

12. Motivation Know your drive. How to be motivated at Collegiate- 1)Think of what makes you want to succeed. 2)Use that to your advantage. 3) Always focus on that goal.

13. Be Prepared Organize Focus How to be prepared at Collegiate- 1)Make sure that you’ve achieved everything you need to for the next day. 2)Plan ahead.

14. Communicate You are responsible for you, no one else. Not even mom and dad. How to communicate at Collegiate- 1)Ask questions-If you don’t understand something be sure to ask. It’s better to be safe than sorry. 2)If your working together in group make sure that everyone understands each other.
