2 HIHGLIGHTS OF OUR PERFORMANCE www.hfcbank.com.gh

3 GROWTH STRATEGY The Bank’s business continued to be more ‘Liability driven’ rather than ‘Asset driven’ in 2011. The posture required growth in Assets to be determined by the availability of acceptable funding (i.e. deposits and borrowings). The relatively slower growth in Assets in 2011 of 19% (compared to our peers) is therefore a deliberate strategy to improve profitability through improved margins and quality assets. www.hfcbank.com.gh
